Your wireless carrier may charge you for sending or receiving text messages in accordance with the terms of your mobile service plan. Sales Quest is not responsible for charges imposed by your wireless carrier.

Opt-Out Instructions

To stop receiving text messages from Sales Quest, reply STOP to any message.

You may also use other recognized opt-out words, where supported, such as CANCEL, END, QUIT, REVOKE, OPT OUT, or UNSUBSCRIBE.

After submitting an opt-out request, you may receive one final text message confirming that your request has been processed. You will not receive additional messages from that messaging program unless you separately opt in again.

Your opt-out request applies to text messages from Sales Quest. It does not automatically unsubscribe you from email, telephone calls, or other forms of communication.

Supported Carriers

Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.

Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your wireless carrier and network provider. Sales Quest does not guarantee that every message will be delivered or delivered within a particular period.

Mobile Number Responsibilities

You represent that:

  • You are the subscriber or customary user of the mobile number provided
  • You are authorized to consent to receive messages at that number
  • The mobile number you provide is accurate
  • You will notify us or opt out if you stop using or controlling that number

You agree not to provide a telephone number belonging to another person without that person’s authorization.

If your mobile number changes or is reassigned, you should reply STOP before discontinuing use of the number or contact [email protected].
